EQUALIZING THE PLAYING FIELD
Providing quality coaching in athletics is not cheap. It is no secret that club and select sports are expensive, ranging from $3,000-$10,000 per year.
Not only is the price steep, but so is competition. For families able and willing to pay this price for their kids to receive top-notch training, their kids have an advantage over other kids whose families cannot afford or are unwilling to pay for it.
To further exacerbate this unfortunate problem, many middle school and high school coaches look for kids who have club experience, so that they need to spend less time coaching fundamentals and skills to their players. This puts a significant emphasis on club and select teams, which puts a large financial stress on many families, ultimately precluding many of our kids from participating or advancing in sports.
Pure Athlete Club strives to create an equal opportunity for kids to play sports at a high level by minimizing, and sometimes even eliminating, the financial burdens to play. We rely on sponsorship money to achieve this goal. Sponsorship money helps equalize the playing field for kids in our communities by eliminating these financial obstacles to participation. By creating this inclusion, a child can benefit from the lessons of participation or possibly one day earn a scholarship to college, and who knows how else this sponsorship money can change a life.
GIVING BACK
As a sponsor of our organization, you are not only helping our athletes, but you are also contributing to entire communities. When our players commit to Pure Athlete, they are committing to their team and teammates, as well as making a promise to give back to our community. They do so by participating in activities which money can’t buy.
Your donations allow our players to volunteer at nursing homes, bake cookies and spend time with seniors in retirement homes, play board games with children at Scottish Rite Hospital, play with animals in the animal shelters, collect food for the homeless, and raise money other charities. Pure Athlete Club gives back to the community, and your sponsorship makes that possible.
